Free meditation download-Finally, one that works!
Hey there, John again!
I have had such a struggle finding a suitable free meditation download. Downloading dozens of samples all over the internet. Whilst having no luck what so ever. I have read all about the benefits of meditation and have always tried to find the easiest solution. Let’s face it I’m no guru. Neither do I have the time to practice any of the traditional methods like mindfulness meditation.
I am glad to report that I have finally, after so many hours of research and testing of different methods, found Isochronic beats that I can fully recommend. (more…)
Healing Meditation. For Real?

Wow! I have discovered so much about my free meditation download recently. There are so many advantages to using brainwave meditation. In this short post I just want to put everybody’s concerns to rest. I have searched everywhere and have not found a single reported case that brainwave meditation has any negative effects.
