I went a bit overboard on this one but I had to make a video of one free meditation download. The one that I have chosen is in the Isochronic beats category and my favorite. It is the one that sort of opens the floodgates of creativity. I’m getting all melodramatic. I hope you enjoy, there are some interesting facts about brainwave meditation. In the vast amount of time that I have been searching for a suitable way to meditate, finding healing meditation or just something that worked, has brought across my way a lot that didn’t work for me. I want to be able to show both sides of the coin. So here is a meditation mp3 that I did not like, some of the just music and not targeted meditation. May work for some. To me just relaxing music.
